These services may include but are not limited to website creation, website branding, website maintenance, website optimisation, and website support. The specific details of the services, including pricing, are displayed on this website OR, where appropriate, will be agreed upon through a separate written agreement or proposal.

By using our services, you agree to provide all the necessary materials and content required for the website design process. You retain ownership of the content you provide, and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display the content for the purpose of providing the agreed-upon services.

5. Intellectual Property

6. Payments & Refunds

We charge fees for our website design services as displayed on this website or as agreed upon in a separate written agreement or proposal. Payment terms and methods are as indicated on this website or will be outlined in the agreement or proposal. In the case of subscription services, failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of our services.

7. Special Offers

All orders placed under special offers are considered final, and therefore, refunds will not be given. It is the client’s responsibility to provide us with all the necessary information required to complete the order. If a specific time frame, for example, 7 days, is mentioned for the completion of the order, this period starts from the moment we receive the required information via email. Upon receiving your order, we will send you a brief questionnaire to the email address provided during the payment process. It is mandatory for this questionnaire to be fully completed in order for us to initiate the work.

 

REFUND POLICY

With regard to refunds, the following will apply.

1. Orders are Final:
   Once an order is placed and payment is completed, it is considered final. We do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges on any services purchased except as expressly outlined in this policy.
2. Service Satisfaction:
   We strive to provide excellent services and ensure your satisfaction. If you have any complaints regarding the quality or completion of the service, please contact us within three days of completion of the service. We will review your complaint on a case-by-case basis and make revisions or adjustments if necessary. However, this does not guarantee a refund or return option.
3. Cancellation:
   If you wish to cancel your order before service commencement, please inform us immediately via our contact page. Please note that cancellation requests are subject to review, and we reserve the right to deny a cancellation if work on your order has already commenced.
4. Exceptions:
   Refunds or returns will be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
   Billing Errors: If a charge is made in error, we will refund it after verifying the billing error.
   b. Non-Provision of Service: In the very rare circumstance that we cannot deliver the ordered service as agreed upon, a refund will be made.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes:
   In the event of a dispute or chargeback initiated by you with your payment provider, we reserve the right to defend our business and present all necessary evidence. The complainant is solely responsible for all costs associated with such disputes, including chargeback fees and legal expenses.
6. Modifications to Services:
   We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service offered without notice. However, this policy will continue to apply to all services purchased prior to any modifications or discontinuation.
7. Confidentiality
   We understand the importance of confidentiality in our business relationship. We will treat all information you provide as confidential and will only disclose it to our authorised employees, contractors, or third parties involved in providing our services.    8. Limitation of Liability
   To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with our website or services shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

   Either party may terminate the agreement for any reason by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, you agree to pay for any services provided up to the end of the month of the termination date.

   These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
